Eph. 3:14-21 The apostle prays for all Christians to experience both the power, and the love of the Lord.
Eph. 4:1-3 Then he says to walk worthy of God’s calling. Bear with one another in love, and endeavor (make every effort) to keep the unity of God’s Spirit.
Love works. It takes effort, but it produces good results. When we choose to love and to do God’s will, we grow in Christ-likeness. His love is perfected or matured in us (1 Jn. 2:5; 4:11, 12). Thank God for His power.
Relationships require work. We work because we love. Abram made the effort to resolve conflict with his nephew Lot. Abram opened the way for a greater blessing on his family (Gen. 13:6-15).

Julia Attaway said, “There’s nothing about the distribution of the work of love that’s equal or fair. It’s all mostly God’s.”
Rom. 12:18 What is our responsibility?
